What is domain name cession?
Domain name cession is a transfer of domain name rights and obligations, which are related to the contract of registration and maintenance of domain name belonging to Particular CSA Subscriber (Consulting Service Subscriber), to another Subscriber.
How to execute cession of .pl domain name /global domain name?
In order to carry cession the appropriate form must be completed.For .pl and global domain names:

The form must be completed by current and future subscriber and then:
Missing documents with a note COMPLEMENT, should be immediately sent to Your domain name reseller, or directly to us on e-mail: cesje@consultingservice.pl or faxed to: +48 22 853 88 85.
Incomplete documents are stored for 14 days.
After this period they are removed. In order to complete cession procedure after mentioned period You will be asked do send a complete document set.

Things to remember while completing the application for .eu domain name cession:
In order to complete /eu domain name cession please follow steps below:
1. Enter a domain name in the CSA panel > Transfer> Add domain (Transfer > Dodaj domeny);
2. On the fold Transfer / cession. eu (Transfer /cesja/eu) select Subscriber's ID, Technical Contact, and fill in the DNS, then you are able to begin the transfer. In the process of domain name cession, domain name contract will be extended by one year added to the current subscription period.
3. After starting the cession procedure, proforma invoice/payment application concerning the cession will be generated in Subscriber panel of surrender. New Subscriber should execute the payment in order to start cession procedure in EURid.
4. Afterwards, e-mail containing transfer links will be sent to Subscriber - surrender as well as to Subscriber - taking over.
5. Subscriber surrender and Subscriber - taking over are asked to confirm the cession will.
6. EURid verifies the propriety of the cession carried out. Cession will not be accepted if the Subscriber surrender and the Subscriber taking over domain name have the same e-mail addresses and names.

- the application must be completed legibly, preferably in capital letters,
- indicating the CSA number "take over" site is essential
- Subscriber's data should be coherent to the data of domain identifier,
- You should fill in the name of the domain/domains to be proceed with cession - You are allowed to type several domain names, if the parties to the assignment are the same entities,
- If a company is the Subscriber, it is essential to stamp appropriate field, or, failing that, to make the appropriate note,
- the application should be legibly signed by the domain name Subscriber - in case of a company - by persons evidenced in the company's legal documents,
- in the case of a civil partnership there are required signatures of all shareholders,
- the application should be supplied with documents of surrender.
NOTE! European domain name assignment can be performed in the CSA panel directly.

In order to complete /eu domain name cession please follow steps below:
1. Enter a domain name in the CSA panel > Transfer> Add domain (Transfer > Dodaj domeny);

In order to perform Subscriber's data changes the following form must be completed:

The form must be completed and stamped by the Subscriber and then it should be sent in the form of a scan via e-mail on the following address: cesje@consultingservice.pl or faxed to +48 22 853 88 85
In case of: address change, phone number change, the authorized e-mail address change the request can be sent from Your current authorized e-mail address, without attaching any documents.
Things to remember while filling in an application for Subscriber's data change
In order to perform Subscriber's data changes the following form must be completed:

In case of: address change, phone number change, the authorized e-mail address change the request can be sent from Your current authorized e-mail address, without attaching any documents.
Things to remember while filling in an application for Subscriber's data change
- the application must be completed legibly, preferably in capital letters,
- the number of CSA Subscriber must be indicated;
- this application can be filled only in case of Subscriber's data change, not in case of entity change. In case of company's TAX ID change, cession application should be carried out and new account should be created for taking over site.
